Hosting: a differentiated strategy

Tegorai deliberately keeps the hosting of its showcase website separate from the hosting of its services.

Showcase website: this site is hosted by OVH SAS (OVHcloud), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, on a hosting service we already had. It is independent of our products and will remain so: it only presents public information, requires no account and is not connected to any of our service platforms.

Tegorai services: our online services — in particular private and sensitive elements such as user data — will be hosted on separate infrastructure, mainly in Switzerland.

This separation is a security choice: an incident or outage affecting the showcase website has no effect on our services or on our customers’ data, and no data from our services passes through this site.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, logotype, symbol and graphic elements — is the property of Tegorai Sàrl. Any full or partial reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.

The Archivo and IBM Plex typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Data protection

Tegorai Sàrl is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. We apply the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact form: the data you enter (name, email address, organisation, message) is used solely to answer your request. It is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising, and is deleted no later than twelve months after our last exchange.

Place of processing: the website and the technical handling of the form are provided by OVHcloud in the European Union, whose level of data protection is recognised as adequate by the Swiss Federal Council. Messages are then relayed by the Lettermint email delivery service (Netherlands, European Union), without open or click tracking, to our mailbox, hosted in Switzerland. An acknowledgement of receipt, without a copy of your message, is sent to the address you provide. If you apply to join the MVP programme, the optional details you provide (profession or sector, expected number of users) are used solely to prepare your onboarding.

Security: to limit abusive submissions, the form accepts at most five messages per hour from the same IP address and five messages per month for the same email address. For this purpose, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address and of your email address is kept for at most thirty days. Technical server logs are kept for a limited period, for security purposes only.

This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools; its resources, including fonts, are served from our own server. Only your light or dark theme preference may be stored in your browser, and it is never sent to us. Exception: to protect the contact form against bots, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). This service is only loaded when you start filling in the form; it then processes your IP address and technical information about your browser, and may set technical cookies needed for the check (privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to contact@tegorai.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
